A R200 travel fee applies within our standard service areas. Travel to locations outside these areas is quoted individually.

Standard appointment hours are 07:00-18:00. Appointments outside these hours may be arranged by request and are quoted separately.

Every professional completes identity verification and a structured review of their relevant training, experience, portfolio, references and client-service standards. Their work is assessed through an interview and practical service before joining our network.
BACKGROUND & SAFETY CHECKS
Background screening is completed with each professional’s consent. Every specialist must also agree to our standards for hygiene, punctuality, professional conduct, confidentiality and respectful service inside a client’s private space.
PRIVACY & DISCRETION
Your contact details, address and appointment information are used only to arrange and support your service. Information is shared only when necessary with the professional assigned to your appointment, and we do not sell your personal information.
